Prices are specified per person per night in US$ inclusive breakfast and dinner. Please be advised that this booking system only reflects raw prices before discounts and promotions. The booking administrator will do recalculation for you including all discounts and promotional rates. For your accommodation you will require to pay upfront using cash on the day of arrival. Alternatively you could do an advance transfer to one of our bank accounts either in Germany or Philippines or Hong Kong, which would be the most convenient for us. We accept Philippines Peso, Euro, US dollars, Hong Kong dollars or British Pounds.
All our rooms include private terrace, bathroom with shower and toilet, minibar.
Standard rooms have two single-size beds and do not have space for additional bed. The price is 47 USD per person. In case of a single person occupancy - additional charge of 17 USD is applied.
Deluxe units are bigger, one queen-size bed and one single-size bed, have space for one additional bed,
TV and DVD player, air conditioner, warm water (by solar heater). The price is 58 USD per person. In case of a single person occupancy - an additional charge of 20 USD is applied.
Occupants of age below 2 y.o. are considered infants and stay free of charge.
Occupants of age from 2 to 11 y.o. inclusive are considered children and have a lower price (26 USD) for a 3rd bed in Deluxe room compared to adults (40 USD for a 3rd bed in Deluxe room).
Occupants of age starting from 12 y.o. are considered adults.
